The hotel offers pet amenities and is set up for skiing at Mont Sainte Anne with upgraded contemporary room styling. The rooms were ready, appeared pet-friendly with a mountain view but were unwelcoming. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, providing great service. The location was excellent, with ski-in and out access and convenient for skiing. The dining experience was poor and overpriced with limited options, but the facilities were fantastic.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was amazing, especially the kitchen area, which was designed really well to hold everything in a small space efficiently. The mini kitchen with a toaster, microwave, dishes, and sink was a great convenience. The king-size bed with very comfortable bedding made for a relaxing night's sleep. However, the room decor seemed a bit outdated and not well cared for.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed, especially with the bed in the mezzanine, and the kitchen area was so efficient. The size of the room was just perfect, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the little touches like a free New Year's party and hot chocolate in the lobby. The location couldn't have been better for my morning massage, and the upgraded contemporary room styling and outdoor jacuzzi were fantastic. However, the dining experience didn't quite meet my expectations with limited options and higher prices.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with a full kitchen and living room, and the proximity to the chairlift was amazing. The design of the kitchen area was very efficient. However, the condition of the bedrooms could be improved slightly, but overall, it was a great experience.
The hotel had charmingly run down rooms that felt like a visit to my grandmother’s place with old furniture and decor, although an extra fee was required for an upgrade. The service was mostly nice and accommodating, but there was a small hiccup when I had to wait for quite a while without being acknowledged. The location was excellent with modern room styling, lots of free parking, and direct access to the ski hill, although some areas tended to get dirty quickly. The dining options were filled with healthy choices, and there was a Sicilian touch to the products offered. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
